My Favorites Of Maroon 5

This time on my post, since that I still didn't have the time to write any stories, I thought it would be a great idea to share my favorite music from Maroon 5. Well, I've never met anyone who doesn't LOVE Maroon 5 and so through this post, you'll get to discover songs you probably have forgotten which used to be a favorite of yours in the past or even this might be the first time you're listening to it and I will be the proud person to claim Santa :P Anyways, the following are not arranged in order of my favorites. Young Mr. Levine charms all the girls with their rock-edged hit, Harder To Breathe. Oh yes, it was getting harder to breathe listening and better yet, watch the whole video without having to faint for one second. Oh, I thought I died every second of the video!

This Love
This Love has been my love for so long all these years. Still alive in my iPod! Love how the arranged the lyrics perfectly.

She Will Be Loved
A great song for a girl who just went through a terrible break up and for those who have never been in love before and wished that she will be loved. True touching story.

Sunday Morning
A perfect song to kick start your Sunday Morning while you lazily drag yourself from bed and make your morning coffee. It's a song I play every week! Never miss a beat.

Secret
This song I heard at a party and how the lyrics just made me fall in love with the song just perfected my love for Maroon 5. Beautiful song, beautiful lyrics.

Makes Me Wonder
Having suspicions about your partner and looking for the perfect song to sing? This is your ideal match. A great song with great lyrics that just gives your partner a big slap :D

Wake Up Call
To have a man this hot to fight for you even if you were caught cheating on him is a very difficult species to get in this crazy world. Clearly this song serves as a Wake Up Call to the ladies who cheated on their partners (hot or not).

Won't Go Home Without You
This video made me shed a few tears and always will. Everything else is described in the video. Take a look.

I love the video. I LOVE the video. Just watch?!

Hands All Over
This again uses computer graphics and a lot of art regarding technology. Inspirational to those who are interested in art designing etc.

Moves Like Jagger [feat. Christina Aguilera]
Talking about Overexposed, I have been a fan of Maroon 5 since I was a kid but this was the first time I met Tattoo Levine. I didn't realize the tattoo at first, thinking it was a T-Shirt. Oh well, great song and Christina was AWESOME!

One More Night
Everybody gets the storyline. But seriously? For the girl to be Adam's partner and have a baby with him that he also loves and play with which I presume loves her so much too, leaves the house with all her stuff and the baby (and the goldfish) while Adam is busy fighting for his family in a fight. This is not fair. Well, probably she insisted that Adam should stop his fighting career but even if he still wants to continue, who cares?! As long as he's putting food on the table, loves his kid and loves you, what more can you ask? A guy like Adam doesn't come along that often to get.

Top 10 Songs I Just Can't Get Enough

Since that there's not much for me to share to all you blog minions, I thought it would be a great idea for me to share the Top 10 Songs I Just Can't Get Enough.

#10 Rihanna - Stay [feat. Mikky Ekko]
I was introduced to this song by my dear friend, MTV. Beautiful lyrics, beautiful melody and indeed a beautiful video. In the bath tub or in the rain, both heals a heart break for a wounded heart.

#9 Maroon 5 - Love Somebody
You and I both know how awesome this song is. But, the video.. The video indeed expresses the wonders of camera works, computer graphics etc. Indeed a reason I'd add up to the list of reasons why I want to pursue my studies in Mass Communications next year :D

#8 Icona Pop - I Love It [feat. Charli XCX]
Thanks to Miss Nayli Adriana for bluetoothing this song to me, telling me how good this song is. And indeed it is! One of the best songs to kick off your summer.

#7 Justin Timberlake - Mirrors
It's a great 8-minute song. Now about the video. I loved the idea, the storyline and everything but personally I don't like the it's Justin turn to take over the video. The dancing thing by him for this video doesn't really work for me. It's different in Suit & Tie though. Let's just chill with the music shall we?

#6 Robbie Williams - Man For All Seasons
Now, who doesn't know Mr. English? One of the best English musician, Robbie Williams was chosen to sing the movie's official soundtrack. Best of the best is what I'd call it :)

#5 Bruno Mars - Treasure
My monkey man! Mr. Hernandez first came to me in the video Grenade and one of my favorites, Just The Way You Are. Now with his latest hit Treasure, he's entertaining once again.

#4 Imagine Dragons - Radioactive
Nothing much to say about this song but I've become obsessive for it for the last few days. Every time I hear the song playing, I always feel time slowing down. Not surprising to hear from a group called Imagine Dragons :D

#3 Jay-Z - Holy Grail [feat. Justin Timberlake]
Thanks to Miss Candice Chin, I discovered this song. I swear I thought J.T. was saying "Holy Crap" in every chorus. Oh well, give it a listen and you'll know what I mean. Still addicted!

#2 Ke$ha - Crazy Kids [feat. Will.I.Am]
I discovered this song on MTV. Love the song, love the video, love the lyrics and love the OUTFIT Ke$ha!! I hope the rings are on e-Bay :D

#1 Robin Thicke - Blurred Lines [feat. T.I., Pharrell]
My all-time favorite of the month. Currently being my ringtone. Three hot guys on a ridiculously nonsense video with stunningly hot chicks is a great way to go to kick start the summer. Have you watched the unrated version? o.O

#2 Saturday Of The Fortnight Raya School Break

Well, well, well... If it isn't sloppy Saturday.

I don't know about you but I'm sure to get sloppy dragging myself from bed on a Saturday afternoon :D
Right after I dragged myself from bed, LITERALLY DRAGGING MYSELF FROM BED, I came down and it was an Indonesian love story on TV called Ayat-ayat Cinta.

It's such a beautiful drama film by Hanung Bramantyo starring Fedi Nuril, Rianti Cartwright, Fedi Nuril, Carissa Putri, Melanie Putria, and Zaskia Adya Mecca. It is a romantic religious film which is based on best-selling novel with the same title by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The story is actually based inCairo, Egypt, but instead of shooting in Cairo, the movie was shot in India and Semarang,Indonesia. Ayat-Ayat Cinta was released on February 28, 2008 in Indonesia, May 8, 2008 in Singapore, and June 19, 2008 in Malaysia.

Later on, I had my brunch which was rice with sambal ikan bilis which is anchovie chilli my mom made. It tasted awesome!!! Mmm... Then I continued on my studies on Chemistry. I even had the liberty to take a photo of my table -.- Weird me

Then it was Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. A Bollywood classic that never gets old. A romantic drama film starring Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerjee also guest starring Salman Khan. Never a Bollywood movie to be missed :)

Then again, I continued on doing the 2005 Chemistry Past Year Series.. Then I watched Malaysia's legendary match

3-1. I've watched the match. It's great that we get to drag the match with neither goals on both parties until the 30th minute when Barcelona hit their first goal. I gotta say that I was amazed by the catches Khairul Fahmi Che Mat made during the undying attempts of Barcelona's goals. And loud cheers to Amri Yahyah for scoring a goal for Malaysia. How our house roared in awe (thank God my neighbors ain't home). If you watched it again, it was a beautiful way to goal. But that aside, I can't help but notice Khairul Fahmi was a lil out of focus during the confusing ball movement tactic Barcelona had goin around causes him to miss catching the ball. Not once, but twice! But hey, I'm not putting the blame on anyone here. I'm just saying what I see. The coach knows best. But all in all, I'm proud of what we accomplished tonight. It's a friendly match which the National Team has to take experience on to be the best in the future. After all, it's not often you get to play with the world's best football teams :)

Then back to my books...

Then...I GOT HUNGRY... 

I get hungry often these days. Mom said it's probably cause my period's coming. And if any of you are wondering why I get hungry before my period, well I don't have a clear explanation on that but I do have a personal theory. Probably because when a girl has her period, blood starts flowing out and the body needs its substitute by producing more blood. In order to do that, the body requires energy to produce the blood. And that's why I get extra hungry... But still, I gotta do some research online, which I don't really have time for that. I'll do that some other time. 

And so, to settle my hungry tummy, I just dug whatever I can find in the kitchen. Repeated my brunch + fried egg. Another photo!

That's all from me today.. I know. It's BORING.. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have the time to write another short story like I did yesterday. Vexation Within His Happiness

A normal Sunday morning didn't turn out as normal as it should. Sipping freshly brewed Arabian coffee, Christopher glanced out the window.

There it was.

His brand new white Peugeot CRZ parked in the driveway. Looking back at how he got the beauty creates a smile on his face. But the moment of blissful contentment didn't last.

His smile was replaced by the worst look you can ever imagine on a person's face. His wife got him that car. The idea that she's not here anymore is unbearable. He puts his mug on the kitchen counter and without a clear mind, he walks out the door.

Selamat Hari Raya

Berniat sebulan beribadat puasa
Sekarang tiba ke pengakhirannya
Beberapa hari sebelum raya
Sibuk memasak dalam periuk belanga
Ketupat, rendang, kuah kacang
